Posting a project and setting a price is completely free. You only pay after viewing the complete embedded report and officially approving it — the freelancer is paid only after you pay. No joining fee, no hidden fees. A fee only applies if you proactively enable the 'On-time Guarantee' option (a percentage of the project price set by the system, 10% by default).

The freelancer quotes a concrete price after seeing your data and requirements; this is not a binding price. You set your own budget when posting; freelancers apply and may propose a different price or scope.

Yes. This is SenData's biggest strength. The freelancer uploads a .pbix file → SenData publishes it to a Power BI workspace → it's embedded directly in the project page so you can see the complete dashboard, click filters, and drill down. You pay only after you approve it.

You can request revisions or reject the report. Because you only pay after approving the report, you never pay for a report you haven't approved. If the project is split into milestones, you only pay for approved milestones.

It depends on complexity and the state of your data. Reference times once data is ready: Student / practice Power BI report: within 1 day; Small / personal report: 1–2 days; Basic business report: 2–3 days; Business-wide report: 3–5 days; Advanced report / BI system: agreed per scope. Estimated time counts from when the freelancer has all the data and both sides agree on the requirements; it excludes waiting for access, feedback, scope changes or acceptance. Not a delivery guarantee. The freelancer gives a concrete timeline before closing the deal.

Yes. After completing a project, you can message directly and invite the freelancer to a new project. SenData encourages long-term collaboration between clients and quality freelancers.

Sign up as a Freelancer → upload your portfolio (3 Power BI report samples you've built) → an admin reviews → you start applying to projects on the Job Board.

The platform fee is a percentage of earnings set by the system, deducted when the money is credited to your wallet (the wallet shows the rate and the fee amount). Admins can set a custom fee per freelancer. No monthly subscription, no registration fee.

Each freelancer can have up to 2 active projects at a time + up to 10 pending applications. This limit ensures quality and on-time reliability.

After the client approves the report and completes payment, the earnings are credited to your freelancer wallet. You submit a withdrawal request and the admin processes the transfer following SenData's withdrawal process.

It depends on the client. After a project is completed, the client checks 'Allow portfolio posting'. If permitted, you can add it to your /mau-bao-cao page.

You only pay after viewing the complete embedded report and officially approving it. The money goes through SenData as an intermediary and is only released to the freelancer after verification. This pay-after-approval mechanism protects both sides. You can pay in full or split into 2–10 milestones, paying for each approved milestone.

Domestic Vietnamese bank transfer (Vietcombank, Techcombank, BIDV, MB Bank…). Momo and VNPay are in development. International credit cards are not yet supported.

The On-time Guarantee is an option when creating a project, with a fee based on a percentage of the project price set by the system (10% by default). If the freelancer misses the deadline, they lose the right to submit and the SenData team takes over to deliver the report to you.

You don't pay until you approve the report. While viewing the embedded report you can request revisions or reject it; with milestones you only pay for approved milestones. Other cases are handled under the Terms of Use.

Yes. SenData supports quick sign-up via Google OAuth and Microsoft (Azure AD). Accounts are activated automatically, with no email verification needed.

SenData's Power BI workspace is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud with enterprise-grade security. Each report has its own embed token that expires after 60 minutes. Clients and freelancers only see the reports of projects they're part of.
