Reference costs start at 200,000 VND, depending on the data, number of pages, analysis requirements and delivery time. Post your request so freelancers can discuss it and quote a concrete price.

What does the Power BI report-building service include?
It depends on the project: new report design, fixing existing reports, data connections, DAX, row-level security, refresh schedules and user guidance. Not every project includes all of these — list what you need when posting and freelancers quote for that scope.
How much does a Power BI report cost?
Reference only. Student / practice Power BI report: 200,000 VND – under 500,000 VND; Small / personal report: 500,000 VND – under 1,500,000 VND; Basic business report: 1,500,000 VND – under 3,000,000 VND; Business-wide report: 3,000,000 VND – under 6,000,000 VND; Advanced report / BI system: From 6,000,000 VND — custom quote. How long does it take?
It depends on complexity and the state of your data. Reference times once data is ready: Student / practice Power BI report: within 1 day; Small / personal report: 1–2 days; Basic business report: 2–3 days; Business-wide report: 3–5 days; Advanced report / BI system: agreed per scope. Do I get the .pbix file?
For Power BI projects, the freelancer uploads the .pbix to the project; you preview the embedded report, approve, then download the file. Usage rights, source files and documentation should be stated in the project description.
Is my data safe?
You decide what to share: you can send sample or anonymised data while discussing, and give real data only to the freelancer you choose. All messages and files stay in the project page.
Is there support after delivery?
Post-delivery support (fixes, data refreshes, extra pages) is agreed between you and the freelancer in the project; extra work outside that scope can be agreed separately or posted as a new project.
