Our mission
SenData was created to solve a painful problem for Vietnamese businesses: building financial, sales, and marketing dashboards that are beautiful, fast, and fit-for-purpose — without hiring an expensive in-house IT team. We believe every company, from a 20-person SME to a 500-store chain, deserves a professional data dashboard.
At the same time, we create a space for Vietnamese Power BI freelancers to reach quality clients, get paid fairly, and build a real portfolio on a trusted platform — instead of struggling to quote individually on Facebook or Zalo groups.
How it works
- The client posts a project — describe the need, a reference budget, and a deadline. Free.
- Freelancers apply — those who fit send a quote + portfolio. The client reviews profiles and chats directly.
- The client chooses a freelancer — settle the price + milestones (for larger projects). Work begins.
- The freelancer uploads the .pbix — SenData publishes it to a Power BI workspace, embedded directly on the web for the client to review.
- The client approves and pays — you only pay after viewing the complete report and being satisfied. The freelancer is paid only after you pay.
Why SenData?
- Transparent freelancer profiles — view each freelancer's profile, sample reports and reviews before choosing.
- View the report live on the web — no need to receive a file before knowing if it's right. Power BI is embedded from the very first draft.
- Transparent prices, safe payments — no hidden fees, no high commissions. You only pay after approving the complete report.
- Vietnamese support — a Vietnamese team that understands Vietnamese businesses and knows Misa AMIS, KiotViet, Sapo, FPT eHospital...
Our commitment
For clients: view the embedded report and only pay after approving it, in full or per approved milestone, plus an optional On-time Guarantee — if the freelancer misses the deadline, the SenData team takes over to deliver the report. For freelancers: earnings are credited to your wallet once the client pays, with the platform fee shown up front and no hidden fees.
